Hale Agency was started in Kansas in 1985. Dave Hale initially was introduced to the industry on a part-time basis in Chicago in 1981. When he discovered this work was something he could take with him to Kansas, he worked at it fulltime in 1984 and moved his wife, Nori and family to McPherson, KS in June of 1985.

In the last 21 years, the industry and products have changed dramatically- Dave has sold term life, long term care, mutual funds, IRAs, 401k rollovers, and sold his first equity indexed annuity in 1997. These annuities allow for market like growth in good years and protect against losses in bad years.

For example, since 1997, there have been some excellent investment years, some average years and 2 bad years (2001 and 2002). When none of Dave's clients lost money after 9/11/01, he found a home to market until this day...thus the motto, "Heads, you win--Tails, you don't lose.
